Welcome to www.camped.academy (“Website“) and CampEd, SaaS Platform that links to these Terms and Conditions (“T&C“), to provide online access to information about CampEd Campus Management System referred to as “SaaS Platform“ “Platform“ “Application”, “Products”, “Services”, and opportunities we provide, hereafter referred to as “CampEd”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” to the Users referred to as “you“, “yours“, “Customer” and/or “Users”CampEd is operated and managed by Camped Solutions Private Limited., a private limited company established under the Companies act of 1956 India having it’s operational office at No.28, 1st floor, 14th Cross Road, Sector 6, HSR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka, India -560102.
CampEd reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow, comply with and be bound by these T&C as modified. Please check the updated terms and conditions at https://www.camped.academy/terms-and-conditions periodically.If you do not agree to, or cannot comply with, the modified T&C, you must stop using the Platform and Services. The updated Terms will take effect upon their posting and will apply on a going-forward basis, unless otherwise provided in a notice to you. Your continued use of the Platform and Services after any such update constitutes your acceptance of such changes.Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account
Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Whenever we make changes to these Terms, the changes are effective 2 days after we post such revised Terms (indicated by revising the date at the top of these Terms) or upon your acceptance if we provide a mechanism for your immediate acceptance of the revised Terms (such as a click-through confirmation or acceptance button). It is your responsibility to check CampEd for changes to these Terms.
If you continue to use the Service after the revised Terms go into effect, then you have accepted the changes to these Terms.

Permitted Use of The Platform
You may use the Platform, and the information, writings, images and/or other works that you see, hear or otherwise experience on the Platform (singly or collectively, the “Content”) solely for your non-commercial purposes, and/or to learn about our products and services, and solely in accordance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Prohibited Use of The Platform
By accessing the Platform, you agree that you would not use the Platform in violation of these Terms and Conditions, which includes but is not limited to the following.a. Copy, alter, modify, create a derivative work from, reverse engineer or reverse assemble the Platform, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, or allow any third party to do so; Sell, assign, sublicense, distribute, commercially exploit, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in, or make available to a third party, the Content or Service in any way.c. Use the Platform in any manner that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs any CampEd Application or interferes with any other party’s use and experience of the Platform.d. Mirror or frame the Platform or any part of it on any other web site or web page. e. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform.f. Access the Platform by any means other than through the interface that is provided by CampEd for use in accessing the Platform.g. Use the Platform for any purpose or in any manner that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.
Accounts
Use of Services on the Platform is available only to persons who can accept our T&C. When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Platform. In the event a person below the age of 18 years utilises the Platform and Services, it is assumed that he/she has obtained the consent of the parents or legal guardian and such use is made available by the parents or legal guardian. The Company will not be responsible for any consequence that arises as a result of misuse of any kind that may occur by virtue of any person registering for the Platform or Service.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and/or password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account.
You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorisation. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
Communication
When you use the Services or send emails or other data, information or communication to the Platform you agree and understand that you are communicating with the Company through electronic modes and other telecommunication modes and by using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send via any and all electronic, digital and other telecommunication modes. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at hello@camped.academy.
We may, based on any form of access to the Platform (including free download/trials) or Services or Website or registrations through any source whatsoever, contact the User through WhatsApp, SMS, email, and call, to give information about its products as well as notifications on various important updates and/or to seek permission for demonstration of its products. The User expressly grants such permission to contact him/her through telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, e-mail and holds the Company indemnified against any liabilities including financial penalties, damages, expenses in case the User’s mobile number is registered with Do not Call (DNC) database. By registering yourself, you agree to make your contact details available to Our employees, associates and partners so that you may be contacted for education information and promotions through telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.

Termination
If you breach any of these Terms, we have the right to suspend or disable your access to or use of the Service.
Assignment
We may assign or delegate these Terms of Service and/or the Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent, including the license grant in the “Your Content & Conduct” section. You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy without our prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment and delegation by you is void.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CampEd. regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and CampEd relating to your use of the Service.
